Business Development Director & Co-Founder
James Anthony co-founded e-Three in 2002, after spending two years working in Programme Management roles with FreeMarkets learning the challenges and intricacies involved in executing eAuctions effectively. James has a Manufacturing Engineering degree from Loughborough University, an MBA from Henley Management College and a Diploma of Marketing from the Open University. James fills his spare time skiing in Switzerland, mountain biking and going to concerts.

Jenny Draper
Operations Director & Co-Founder
Jenny Draper is also a veteran of FreeMarkets, where she held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Market Development. Jenny's experience also includes time with the European Shared Services Division of Owens Corning, and IBM in the UK. Jenny holds an MA (Hons) degree from St. Andrews University in Scotland and is fluent in English, French and German. Jenny is a proficient kick boxer and likes to escape the city to the English countryside, or skiing in Europe.

Peter obtained a B.Eng (hons) in Mechanical Engineering & Management from Liverpool University before going into industry to hold various senior sales, logistics & purchasing roles in the UK & Belgium. His last role was in Amsterdam as
VP Europe of a purchasing consortium for the global tyre industry.

Beverley Lewis
Head of Collaboration
When Bev joined e-Three in October 2004 she had four years industrial buying experience at BUPA and United Biscuits with over forty eSourcing events under her belt. Previous to establishing her business career, Bev completed her PhD sponsored by the Medical Research Council and GlaxoSmithkline at the University of Edinburgh. Additional academic achievements included a BSc (Hons) and MSc. Bev's passions include rock climbing, wakeboarding, her vespa and travelling!

Head of Operations
An experienced buyer, Martin began his career at University College Hospital NHS Trust before moving to Transport for London in 2003. Martin is keen to constantly update his skills, and has completed the professional stage of the CIPS graduate diploma in 2006. Two major passions fill Martin's spare time: sport and music.
